The Business Analysis Core Concept Model (BACCM) according to BABOK is,   "a conceptual framework for business analysis. It encompasses what business analysis is and what it means to those performing business analysis tasks regardless of perspective, industry, methodology, or in level in the organization." The six core concepts in BACCM and its definitions are: 1. Change - act of transformation in response to need. 2. Need - a problem or opportunity to be addressed. 3. Welcome to our Business Analysis blog.  We are Mariane, Harleen, Kent and Parminder, and we are Business Technology Management students at Red River College.  Throughout our Fall term we will be using this blog to share some important concepts regarding Business Analysis.  For our first post, we will start with the basics, and define exactly what is Business Analysis, and other important concepts related to it.
